"Appreciation"

I attended the practice last week and whilst I was waiting to be seen I heard patients shouting and throwing abuse at the receptionist. I was horrified to hear the language that was being spoken by the patient. I would never tolerate such behaviour or language from anyone. I have to praise the receptionist for staying calm throughout the time she was getting abused. we all know the pressures on NHS and the receptionist just come to do their jobs and not to be abused by people. Appreciate receptionist they have a tough job!
