My child stayed overnight at the Childrens Department in the Anne Richie Ward, I have to say this is one of the worst hospital I've ever been to.

The service received from this ward was absolutely ridiculous, poor service!

The nurses & doctors lacked communication as they provided inconsistent advice.

Nurses just dont seem to care about patients, were very rude and nasty, all day they have been chatting amongst themselves and was using facebook on their mobile phones - I witnessed it myself.

Doctors dont seem to give you adequate time for a consultation, very keen on discharging patients rather than treating them sufficiently.

What could be improved

Everything!

I'm not paying taxes for this rubbish, bring back the old days.

The hospital standards are below par, poor service, lack of quality care!
