What I liked

During my 3 day stay I found the staff to be very professional together with kindness and a caring attitude in a happy environment. Cleanliness of the ward which were regularly cleaned.

What could be improved

I believe it would be of benefit if my practice GP would have seen me each day (visit) without without having to ask to be seen. I am sure I would have had a longer stay if I hadn't followed up when they were on site.

An explanation at the start of the routine to be followed would also have been useful.

Anything else?

Appreciate the value of local hospital which is well worth fighting to keep.
