I attended Ayrshire Doctor on call service at Lister Centre Crosshouse and received fantastic care compassion and treatment from the nurse practitioner Lorraine for my very painful ear infection- great service thanks

Dear Mclaire,

You have my sympathies; an ear infection can be a very painful thing. I know a few people who have had one recently, something must be 'going about'.

Thank you for taking time to tell us how good your care was by Lorraine and the Out of Hours service. I am sure it will make her day.
