What I liked
From my consultant, to the surgeon who did my operation to the nurses and auxillary staff who I encountered during my hospital stay; all were so helpful, and so polite and friendly.
Unfortunately most hospitals Derriford included get bad press when something goes wrong but very little when things go right. Thank goodness for the NHS and well done Derriford!!!
