"Rheumatology Department appalling services"

Hello, I have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia ( since 10 yrs) and Rheumatoid arthritis (since 5 years). I am seen by the rheumatologist every 8 months. From last 4 visits I am always seen by a different doctor( locum doctor) who has zero knowledge of my case profile and who seems to be least interested in hearing about my pains and everyday struggles. I was last seen in 2017, my appointment was due for April 2018 but it got cancelled as the consultant was on leave. Its October now and I am yet to hear anything about my appointment. I called up twice and was asked to leave a messages, yet to hear back though. Utterly disappointed with the rheumatology department in King Georges hospital.
