"Staff making things possible"

About: Ayrshire Hospice

(as a friend),

Trisha was asked about the possibility of organising an afternoon tea for our friend who has recently moved to the hospice. A beautiful room was provided and special, personalised banner put up in our honour. We felt so touched at the thoughtfulness of the staff involved - Sandra, Trisha and Carly. Their care and compassion is beyond words.

Dear Slush Girl,

I am delighted that you found our staff so supportive when you wanted to do something special for your friend. A person centred approach is what we always aim to achieve with the care that we offer.

Thank you very much for taking the time to comment. It helps us to continuously improve our service,

Kindest regards,

Margaret
