Having slipped and rolled my ankle on Saturday 29th Sept on Thursday 4th Oct after much chastising by wife and friends went to Broomfield A & E as ankle was not improving. Dealt with speedily and efficiently by the lady on reception, assessment nurse and nurse practitioner. X-Ray showed small fracture on one of the bones so boot and crutches to go home with. All of the staff I dealt with were friendly, efficient and good humoured. Had taken a book to read but didn't get much read as totally time from booking in to discharge was about 2 hours. Very impressive service and cannot fault anything about the way I was dealt with.
