"Rude treatment by a senior staff member"

About: Northwick Park Hospital / Maternity

(as the patient),

Hi I had very bad situation to face in Northwick Park hospital which is just 2miles away from my home.i went there about a month ago and a senior staff member in the department really misbehaved and talk in bad way I just asked my diabetic midwife to provide me a confirmation letter stating that m suffering with diabetes “ but this rude staff member in Northwick Park gave me threats n misguided me that they will not do it n they are the boss..moreover they insulted me n shouted at me by saying that this is their hospital n dnt come here again” I warned that no one has a right to threat me n m going to complain about this but they just laughed and told me I can’t do anything about this because of their position in the hospital.

Iam really disappointed by them n now it’s a months time Iam out of care .,m having health issues but I cnt go there because of these threats that that’s their hospital n they are senior member of staff so I dnt want to put my self or my unborn baby’s health at any risk.

NHS should take a serious action against those who behave badly with patients n threat them by their job status..

I hope to see a better staff in hospital who behave in a friendly way with patients in future
