Everyone MUST know about this problem.

Literally every time I have attended the hospital over the last two years, patients or visitors are sat underneath a bench which clearly says NO SMOKING. Now you could say that you are relying on the spirit of people to adhere to the rules however have you any idea what kind of impression it gives off of your hospital when the first thing you see is patients attached to drips smoking outside the main entrance.
