About: Bromley Healthcare / Talk together Bromley (IAPT)

(as the patient),

I self-referred to Talk Together Bromley. The telephone assessment was not long after but then had to wait nearly 5 months for an appointment. When I finally got my counselling it was very helpful and I was able to talk through and move towards resolution.

Somehow we missed your feedback- I do apologise - We are delighted that the counselling was helpful once the sessions started but appreciate your comments regarding the wait following telephone assessment.
