I recently visited my GP for a blood test and a smear test - two different appointments and two different nurses.
Both nurses were excellent. They were friendly informative and caring, treating me with respect. They were informative and caring, treating me with respect. They were extremely professional but did not have a superior attitude. They made me feel relaxed and cared for and I also felt I could talk to them easily and was confident enough to ask questions about niggling little concerns that were answered simply.
