I attended the surgery on 5th October 2018 and was waiting for 1 hour to see the doctor. No one came out to inform us of the wait and find this unacceptable and unprofessional.
As the appointment was for my son who has learning difficulties, he was getting very frustrated!
This new merger, to me, is not working as it should be. It's a good thing I am retired and my son works part time, otherwise we would have been late for work. Also the doctor we saw did not have a very good bedside manner and it all seemed too rushed! We saw the doctor for 5 minutes and waited 1 hour!
