About: Worcestershire Royal Hospital

I understand the pressure the the NHS is under for reasons we all know. Despite almost 9 hours in the A & E corridor the care and attention I received by cheerful staff could not be criticised. Even refreshments were supplied to me and my husband.

The subsequent care I received on admition to the Trauma Ward could not have been better. Even under pressure, everyone from cleaning contractors, health care assistants, nursing staff, physiotherapists, doctors and my surgeon were efficient, professional and good humoured.

My heartfelt thanks to everyone in the Trauma ward for helping me to feel comfortable and relaxed, and for speeding up my recovery. ( can I book the first two weeks of August?😍)
