"Ongoing and positive support"

I'm not going to write a story, I'll leave that to the authors, but I'm going to write about the amazing job everyone does at the Craven Centre.

I have used the service on and off for 7 years due to mental health problems. I can honestly say I would not have coped without the support of the whole team at the Craven Centre and especially the CPNs I have been lucky to be involved with.

With their calmness and amazing patience they have helped and are still helping me to scramble back together my life. I feel the CPNs I have worked with have gone beyond their duty and that is commendable and has, in turn, helped to build up trusting relationships and respect which is crucial in mental health especially with some diagnoses.

Unlike inpatient services, the team always keep their appointments, inform you if they will be late early or there will be a delay, and are genuinely helpful at getting help for you with other services.

I just wish the waiting area would be tidied up once in every while and all the skirting boards matched in the building.
