"The care and support was amazing"

About: Pilgrim Hospital / General surgery United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust

(as the patient),

The care and support was amazing nothings too much trouble on ward 5a the staff were there at all times when requred and asked how u was even if I didn't require help the doctors told me everything that was goung to be done to me and explained I would have to go for gall bladder removal in 2 to 3 weeks u am not nervous about this at all as I know I am in safe hands and last of all the domestic staff that do the tea trolly soin got to know that I dont like either tea nor coffee and after they had finished the rounds they all went out of their way to make me a hot chocolate. Great stay and I bought all the staff some chocolates and a card wonder what to buy them on my return fir surgery.     Just absolutely brilliant couldnt have asked for anything more.

Dear Judith - thank you so much for leaving feedback about your experience and I am delighted it went so well. I love that you have mentioned the tea ladies too - its the little things that make a huge difference and this shows how the whole team worked well together for you.

Please don't worry about a gift when you return - the team will be delighted enough to see this feedback that I have shared with them

Thank you again - take care - and a speedy recovery on your next visit.

Jennie
