Came in for a procedure to be done under local anaesthetic.
Everyone I met was pleasant and helpful.
Called in on time to join others on the afternoon list and was treated in a. Dry caring and supportive way.
The procedure took about an hour in the treatment room and again the consultant and staff were thoughtful and made everything as comfortable as possible. The process was explained to me at the start and frequent checks ensured that all went well.
Welcome touches of humour made it even better.
When it was finished I returned to the outside ward for a welcome tea and biscuits and was carefully monitored.
When the staff were sure I had recovered and could walk comfortably I was able to return home.
Thank you Stratford Hospital.
