(as a relative),

Im sure her (obs) are supposed to be checked every hour and they were not. And the toast at breakfast. Was literally frozen toast. The butter was warmer than the toast.

Thank you for taking the time o share your feedback. We provide many options for breakfast in our beverage bay for women to help themselves to including cereal, toast, fruit and yoghurts. There is always hot and cold drinks available. It sounds as though your experience of breakfast was not what we would normally expect. Please accept our apologies for this. I would encourage you to contact me directly on the email address below or phone me to discuss the concerns you have raised regarding clinical observations not being performed, so that I can look into this matter for you.
