I have this belief that a smile helps a thousand ailments.
I have been very much aware of lack of resources and I do believe that most of society/patients know this.
But, by keeping telling 'us', it irks me... it insults my intelligence.. and I know how busy hospitals are.
Please start smiling within the NHS... I always smile at you.
