(as the patient),

I have recently moved to a new home and changed my GP practice.

My first appointment at the Birley Health Centre in Sheffield went very well. Receptionist and other staff were very helpful with the registration and few other procedures. I quite liked Dr Butler who was very friendly and helpful. Nurse was nice, polite and friendly.

I think I am going to like my new practice.
