"booking an appointment with Sentinel"

(as the patient),

I am living abroad, therefore the health services provided in my country are quite different from this, and also the way they are managed.

I have very hard woring schedules, therefore I have to call them. I was not given any choice of the hospital, I was told there was not an option. After that, I searched on the websites for information and I saw there was not like that, I did have a choice but they did not let me know. Also, my condition involves small surgery and they told me the surgery will take place in a bigger hospital, but when I talked to the doctor it was not like that, the surgery was going to take place in a small hospital, not the one I was told
