I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this Drs surgery. Whether it be for myself or my son, we have always got an appointment, always had a call back when necessary and always treated with respect. The reception staff are so polite and friendly and will take things away to look into then get back to you.
I am particularly happy when we have seen the Nurse for my sons vaccinations as she makes us both feel so calm and at ease (she understands it's not easy for the parents either!).
It's nice to be understood and treated like an individual by any member of staff there.
