About: Six Degrees IAPT

(as the patient),

Attended a routine appointment with nurse at GP surgery. Broke down and from then on both GP surgery and Six Degrees therapist helped me to start the journey back to health.

Therapy was amazing. She listened and gave me advice when I asked and treated me with respect.

We came to a decision early in the treatment that the issues I was facing were more than our time together would allow and I was provided with, phone numbers to access support whilst I was waiting for the longer term counselling to begin.

It made me feel as though there is a way forward for me, just as I was giving up
