"Gastro department experience"

I recently had a consultation in the Gastro department and had an extremely pleasant experience. There were many patients to be seen and appointmemt times were delayed. However, I felt in no way that the quality of care I received was compromised. It was clear that the consultant really cared and he made every effort to put me at ease and help me decide on the best way forward. I felt in no way rushed because of time and that really made a difference. In my opinion the care I received was first class and I'm so glad I chose BRI. I arrived feeling very anxious, but came away knowing I was in very safe hands.
