"Worst GP practice I have ever encountered"

About: Roundwood Surgery

After waiting more than six weeks for an appointment, I was denied treatment and insulted by various members of staff.

The staff are incredibly rude and the practice not fit for purpose.

I cannot say more as it would prevent this review being published.

All I will say is that this practice should be avoided at all costs.

Apologies for the delay in replying back, technical issues.

We find your comments quite upsetting and would value you ringing the Surgery to speak with the Practice Manager to discuss your concerns.

Regarding appointments, we do offer an on-line service and an automated service which is available 24 hours a day; please ask at reception for further details on how to use this system.

We also offer “extended access” for Doctor, Nurse and Healthcare Assistant appointments until 8pm Monday – Friday and Saturday morning 8am – 12 noon.

We work collaboratively with 4 local Practices to offer this service.

Again, please contact reception if you would like more details.

We have also been trying to get Locum Doctors to help with the demand on the appointment system but we are reliant on their availability.
