"Not given enough time with consultant or given..."

About: Royal Hallamshire Hospital / Ophthalmology

I visited on 3rd of october for a routine glaucoma check appointment.

I was literally in with the consultant less than 5 minutes, a quick 5 second look in each eye and then told i need a field vision check, never told why i need this check or what they are looking for despite asking numerous times!! My eye pressure was 23 which is higher than it should be and i had eye pain i told the consultant this and he dismissed it as dry eye which it isnt! I left feeling very anxious and upset. I'm now having to go to the emergency eye clinic this morning as I'm still in pain, i have to get taxis there which is proving very expensive!!
