"Staff are as wonderful as one always hopes"

I had to keep calling for a date and time for more surgery and today I got the information I seek from a lovely lady named Suzanne.

when I speaks with all staff they are wonderful as one always hopes and expects to get in hospitals, but this lady like many has to work extremely hard for the services they provide and for looking after patients for the surgeons.  It must be a pressurized job for them as they are always on the phone making patients feel better and welcomed.  

suzanne is one of the best and extremely patient with me ( a real pain)
