"Mri department"

About: Queen's Hospital (Romford)

I attended for an mri on my neck on 29 September 2018. I am very claustrophobic and was very anxious. The two gentlemen operating the mri at 5 pm that day were very reassuring and I was able to complete the mri thanks to their kindness and professional manner. I was treated with the utmost respect and understanding. Thank you.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback, I am so pleased to hear that the team you saw were reassuring and kind which enabled you to have your MRI carried out. I will ensure your comments are passed onto the team so that they are aware what a difference they are making to our patients. Once again, thank you for taking the time to make us aware of your experience.

Kind Regards
