I was seen by Dr. on 13 of June 2018 at the NHS Sport Knee and Shoulder Injury Clinic regarding torn knee ligaments. I was advised that I needed a knee surgery as soon as possible as further prolonging the surgery will cause further damage. At the reception I was advised that a surgery would be booked within 6 to 8 weeks. This did not happen as it is 24 of September and nobody in the hospital is able to tell me when the surgery will take place. I've been calling weekly the clinic since August and the only advice I get is that they would send an email to the doctor that had examined me. At the moment I feel helpless and stuck as it seems that the service has no alternative way of dealing with the situation. The doctor doesn't reply to the emails hence I'm left without support or advice. It is very unprofessional the way I have been treated so far. I feel disappointed and helpless.
"Very disappointing service"
