What could be improved
Staff communication was poor.A particular nurse was downright rude and disbelieving of my symptom. Waiting time was 3 hours for a 5 minute consultation.A simple cataract operation was bungled with the wrong lens being inserted.No full explanation has been given as to why the lens calculation was so grossly out.
Anything else?
I have written to the hospital to complain over a month ago and still not received a response. If I don't receive a response within another week I will write to my MP.
"I would never wish to visit this hospital again."
