I was admitted with a severe gallstone attack in July 2018 and had 2 stones removed that were blocking my bile duct. The care and attention I received from all of the hospital staff was excellent.
In my mind I had always dreaded going into Arrowe Park Hospital but my experience could not have been better.
My second admission September 2018 was equally excellent from the Triage to my short stay in ward 11 again I could not fault anything from the care and attention to the cleanliness and friendliness of all concerned.
Just waiting now to be admitted for my gallbladder removal which is now not a daunting thought as I know what to expect from the team who are looking after me.
