(as the patient),

I felt very comfortable with the nurse I was with and I was made to feel at ease even though I was anxious about the procedure. The nurse was excellent at answering every question I had, no matter how silly it was. I would have liked to have better explanations of the side effects, but without the help of this nurse I feel this procedure could have been a very scary experience.

I am delighted that the nurse was able to answer your questions and that the experience was not as scary as you first thought.

I will of course ensure that the service see your comments and they will take on board not only your positive feedback but also the fact that you would have liked a little more explanation of the potential side effects of having an implant.
