"Awfull service, rude receptionist"

To start I would like to tell that the service in this surgery is very bad , every single time I call for appointments I have to wait 40 minutes on the phone and then I have to deal with rude, unprofessional staff who always says the same thing , that there are no more appointments but she doesn’t even ask me what is my name or my doctor , how does she knows that there are no more appointments if she doesn’t even ask my name and date of birth and who is my doctor. All the time that she gets aggressive and rude and she doesn’t do her job properly .I don’t know how people like that can work in nhs..I am really not happy about this surgery and the service provided. You should get better staff who at least listen to people and deal with their requests, not just be rude every time and hang out the phone .
