"I now have trouble sleeping"

Edith Cavell Ward Hackney has left me more traumatised than when I entered. I now have trouble sleeping. The nurses who treated me were rude and often speak in their language.I had an expensive top stolen after being told how nice it was by a nurse. Couldn't sleep due to high dependency patients shouting at night. I could hear patients urinating on the floor but when I informed the nurse they said it wasn't true. The next morning there was urine all over the floor. Unclean toilets . DISGUSTING ! I pressed my emergency button several times so that i could be disconnected from my drip to use the bathroom. To no avail, ended up urinating on myself. CQC or Trading standards will have to get involved. This is unacceptable
