"Can't even get an appointment ! Disgusting..."

Told by Gp to phone after a week for the appt.......did so and was blown off by someone who said they would contact me......7 weeks gone by,in constant pain,still no appointment,apparently this branch of the NHS don't give a stuff about either the welfare of the patient,customer care....yes..customer,55 years of paying for this service and left in pain and largely housebound,hope the staff here do not let the fact my life is on hold and unpleasantly very painful stop them sleeping at night!!
