"Several visits marred by dreadful administration"

About: St Bartholomew's Hospital / Gynaecology The Royal London Hospital / Upper gastrointestinal sugery

Medical and dental investigations were of high quality. But administration staff are very poor quality and it's a stressful experience to try to communicate on any levels whether emailing, phoning, making appointments or waiting for misfiled paperwork.

Whichever hospital in the Barts Health Trust that I have used in the past 18 months, the administration staff have been inadequate for the job. Thankfully the medical care is in a far higher league.
