I have visited this department on numerous occasions in the past year. My experiences with the clinic have been disappointing. The audiology side of it is great, however I have been given appointments to attend clinics on 2 separate occasions to be told that unfortunately I need to have another appointment booked for a few months later to see the actual consultant I was meant to see originally! What a waste of time for not only me but for the Dr and other patients who could have had my appointment.

My surgery was very good on the day unit and cannot fault the consultant or the care given.
