"Referral"

Extremely disappointing. My daughters referral has been sat at the surgery for three weeks. We only became aware of this after calling the surgery. Spoke to reception and the practice manager. We are no further at the referral being sent. The practice manager seems to return calls 5 mins before closing time, so this doesn’t leave much of a window if you miss the call. Such ashame as the doctors are very good but for some reason the organisation and forwarding messages is a let down. As we are entering week four and the referral letter is still there, it only need a doctors signature I am considering to take this matter further perhaps a letter to the Nhs regional office pct help.
