I appreciate the time and effort it has taken you to give us this quite comprehensive piece of feedback, it really helps shape the way we deliver our care.

I am encouraged by the fact that you seem to be generally happy with the staff on the ward, both nursing and medical, and I will pass this on to the A11 team.

I am concerned, however, with some of the issues around what you feel less positively about, in particular the aspects regarding 'seeing the whole you' and being involved in decisions, which are 2 things that we feel passionately about on the ward.

It would really help me if I could get some more information from you around your experience in the ward - can I direct you to our patient relations team based in the hospital, and they can help make sure that we get the most out of your valuable feedback.

Thank you again.
