Thank you very much for taking the time to give us this feedback.

I'm glad that you enjoyed the food and the environment however I am concerned that it seems that you didn't have an entirely positive experience with the staff on the ward.

Without any further information, this can be quite difficult to address properly, however I would be keen to hear more about your experience so that we can learn from this.

If you would like to give further information around your feedback, I would encourage you to speak to our patient relations team and they can arrange a meeting for us.

We always appreciate feedback, positive or otherwise, as it helps us identify our areas for improvement as a ward.
