"Pleasently surpirsed by the care I received after..."

What I liked

Unfortunately I broke my ankle quite badly on new year morning, from the time I arrived in a&e to the time I got discharged 5 days later I was treated exceptionally well by all memebers of the hospital from my consultant, nurses and support staff. I was very pleasently surprised. My aftercare treatment also has been very good organsied, suupostive and succinct.

What could be improved

I was quite surprised at the cleaness of the ward floor, everywhere esle was clean on the ward toilets, bed lined changed regularly but the floor was quite dirty.
