"Urology ward nursing staff were outstanding."

My mum Brenda spent just one night in the Urology ward at the Churchill following a day surgery procedure on her bladder. She was treated with dignity and respect throughout, and when she was taken to the ward later in the afternoon was treated in a friendly and professional manner by all the nursing staff.

When I arrived the next day to collect my mum after her discharge she told me how wonderful and kind the staff had been. The nurse I liaised with was helpful and friendly on the phone when I enquired about what time her discharge would be, and she was extremely professional and helpful when I came to collect my mother. In fact all the staff greeted me with kindness and it was absolutely clear they cared about their patients in an admirable way.

These staff are a credit to your hospital and should all be commended.
