I came in for my hip replacement recently and from the moment I entered the ward i was so impressed. The staff from students to sisters were so professional and organised. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was explained about what would be done to me during the procedure. The ward is run with amazing efficiency and everyone always had a smile on their face. What a wonderful credit to the nhs the orthopaedic elective suite is
