Aberdeen maternity unit perinatal mental health support-I would like to say a massive thank you to Shona & Diane who were fantastic with me through my pregnancy I have suffered depression & anxiety since an early age so with being pregnant I was struggling more with all the extra worries not just for myself but for my unborn baby.

I was referred to Shona and Diane who was excellent with me made me feel a little more at ease with everything and told me my thoughts I was having was natural they taught me how to deal with my emotions, I felt they were both very easy to talk and if I was to get pregnant again I would be grateful for there help again, anyone who is struggling with pregnancy mental health these two are fantastic at what the do I can't thank them both enough
