Following my initial consultation on 7 August, I today had the required surgery to remove a basel cell carcinoma between my left eye and the bridge of my nose.
It was carried out at the appointed time; the staff welcome was exemplary; and the explanations throughout by the surgeon made the experience almost interesting!
The follow-up fresh dressing for the surgical wound was arranged in conjunction with my GP practice for next Monday.
First to last, an example of the NHS at its best.
Thank you to everyone involved.
