"An excellent performance"

About: Pilgrim Hospital / Ophthalmology

It is quite some time since I contacted you, in the past I often passed on complaints about some treatment I suffered at Pilgrim Hospital, mostly the diabolical transport system at that time. On some occasions, I praised for the staff at the eye clinic.

Well for quite a while, I have been travelling for eye treatment at Pilgrim about once a month.

I have decided it is time I passed on how the new transport system and Pilgrim eye clinic are performing now.

Well what can I say EXCELLENT 10/10 for the transport that are efficient and reliable, when you call you normally do not wait long before speaking to a very pleasant helpful person, this also go’s for the drivers excellent.

Now the Pilgrim patient’s outpatients department, I have eye injections, laser and checkups, regularly, the nurses, are always nice, friendly, helpful and efficient. A real pleasure to see each time, this also go’s for the Doctors and receptionists.

At least I can now say Pilgrim Hospital has at least one department that has achieved in my opinion (EXCELLENCE) 10/10 from receiving an appointment to treatment.
