"Visiting the doctors for a blood test"

I had an appointment today at my GP practice for a blood test. The appointment was really good. I was running late as their signalling problems with the train on the way so I called up to let them know i was going to be late. The lady on the phone was really understanding about it and said I should come in anyway and they will try to fit me in or if I liked they could reschedule for me. I thought ti was really good that they gave me the option. 

When I got there I went to reception and the receptionist informed the nurse straight away. The nurse came out and explained she's be able to see me soon and after she had seen another two patients she called me in. When I went in she apologised for the delay and I said please don't apologise it was me running late! But it was really nice of her, they really had done all they could to get me seen for my blood test. When I sat down she explained the procedure to me, we had a nice laugh and a joke around. She took my blood and put some cotton wool on and a plaster and told me to leave it on for a while. She then explained that the results would be ready in about a week and that she'd call me with my results. I thought the while thing was great and I was really pleased with the service.

I got a text asking me to share how I felt about my appointment that said I can go online or call up and I really wanted to say how nice they all were.
