Neurology Apt last week. Seen earlier than apt time!

Dr Pace came out to meet my friend, smiled and handshake! made her feel at ease. 
Explained her situation, intended Investigations reasons for and plan of treatment dependent on results. Positive yet realistic. Much appreciated. 
Receptionist lady, HCAs Graeme & Karen very welcoming and kind. Knowledgable and professional.
Hospital very clean and calm despite being busy. A very positive start to my friends Health Care Journey.
