I called today as adviced by 111 as they were unable to process it for me because my details are wrong in the system (always the same) to book an emergency appointment, after being on hold for 26 minutes, this extremely rude staff member, without listening to my explanations starts talking about addresses and systems, I tell them I feel really bad and that I need help, they go like: a doctor might call you later and hang up on me! ! ! ! ! ! ! This is unacceptable! You guys are dealing with ill people, that’s having it bad already, get someone at reception that knows how to deal with people and knows how to do their job which by the way is not too complicated. Reception problem in this GP needs to be sorted out asap!
