"Awful!!!"

About: St. Mary's Medical Centre

I have fibromyalgia, bipolar disorder and high anxiety, went to my rhuematologist for advise about managing my pain she gave me medication etc and she sent a letter to the gp about medication recommendations to help me anyway I went back for my appointment and was refused ANY medication to help my pain level despite what the rhuematologist said. What's the point in going just to get fobbed off? Awful advise and 0 help with my depression as well. I will certainly register with a new place, somewhere I will be taken seriously and someone who will listen to me.

Dear Patient,

Thank you for your feedback. I was sorry to hear of your experiences. It is important that we hear from our patients whether they are good or bad comments as this can help us to learn or make improvements if we can.

If you would like to contact the practice on 01634 291266 and ask for me, Jackie Wake, I would only be too happy to either take your call or arrange a mutually suitable appointment to discuss your concerns.

With all best wishes for your future health.

Jackie Wake

Practice Manager on behalf of St Mary's Medical Centre
